That’s why we founded Pacific Pals – an organization that puts "kid stuff" back into the lives of children who may have lost their inspiration. Pacific Pals is designed to awaken new interest, acquaint kids with real-life role models, and simply give children the chance to dream.
Pacific Pals was founded in 1990.
Since then, the program has helped more than 50,000 children and their
families by giving them the chance to enjoy places such as:
• Summer Camps
• University sporting events
• The Henry Doorly Zoo
• The Omaha Ballet
• Fontenelle Forest
• The Omaha Children’s Museum
• Joslyn Art Museum
• The Rose Blumkin Performing Arts Center
• River City Roundup and Rodeo
• And more!
But at Pacific Pals, the volunteers make the real difference. The Pacific Pals kids have the chance to get to know some everyday real-life "super heroes." And those volunteers get the chance to make a real difference in the lives of the children.
